Adventure Run Chattavegas

On Monday nights in Chattanooga, a group of slightly demented folks who like to run and have fun, will meet up at Greenlife Grocery at 6:00PM. From there they will begin an adventure run through Renaissance and Coolidge Parks and the surrounding environs. The master of ceremony will have laid out a course prior to the run for his little minions to follow. They'll run, jump, duck, hop, climb, squeeze, tumble, shimmy, shake, rattle and roll their way through the course and do as many laps as they wish before reconvening at Greenlife for some vittles, beverages and socializing. If you don't know how to smile, meet new people and have a great time then stay home; otherwise, bring a friend or three.
