 m Creek Segment (off of Hwy 111)\n\nMeeting Time: 10:00am (hoping this
  will give it sometime to warm up... ha ha... yeah right)\n\nTime on T
 rail: 2:15 out and 2:15 back. Of course this can be shortened if you d
 esire to do less.\n\nWhat to bring: Hydration, nutrition and dress war
 mly (lots of layers work nicely in this cold weather along with tobogo
 n and gloves). Also... be prepared for your water to freeze up on you.
  One way to prevent this is to have an insulated hydration pack, or to
