Trail Work Day at Raccoon

Trail Work Day - Raccoon Mountain Trails
When: Sat, July 31, 9am – 1pm

Help SORBA-Chattanooga complete trail maintenance on
Raccoon Mountain. We will be addressing several trail issues,
including adding railings to one of the bridges on the Electric Avenue
trail, trimming the brush back from the trail as it passes near the
visitor center, and constructing turn pikes and a short re-route on
the East Rim Trail. All volunteers should meet in the visitor center
parking lot. We will provide all tools, but if you have a pair of
clippers please consider bringing it along. SORBA-Chattanooga will
provide lunch to all volunteers.

Bring your bike or running shoes for some fun afterwards!
