Does anyone know the mileage between the aid stations?? Any info would help. Thanks. Ben
where and how does the lula lake trails connect to the covenant collage trails?or does it? can some one give the route of the 100k with the names of the trails from the start to the finish.. or any other help would be great...

thanks brian higdon...
Hey guys, I talked to Kris & Randy this weekend and they're working on the course as we speak. Randy was going to go run most of the course Sunday and get back to us. We do have to make a couple small changes due to landowner issues. Assuming the new course works well, we should have a map today or tomorrow. Sorry for the delay on this guys!
Hi Guys, I'll be in town to do some training runs on Nov. 15 & 16. Having never been to this area before, what is the closest town for me to get a hotel? Any hotel suggestions? Maybe something like a Hampton Inn? Thanks, Dan
Hey Dan, here are some hotel suggestions- the second group including the Comfort Inn Lookout Mountain would be closest to the Lookout trails. http://www.rockcreek.com/events/cumberland_race_hotel.asp

Anything in Chattanooga would be within 15-30 minutes of the trails, though. I'm not sure if I'll be here that weekend but we should meet up, surely someone will be around.

Ok here's the 100k map from Randy, aid stations are marked and he's working on exact distances for you. I'll post more when I have it.

Does anyone know if this race will be limited? I want to sign up but have a marathon coming up, and was going to make the decision after that.
Megan, I don't anticipate that we'll need to cap it since it's still such a new race. We're looking at about 60 people who have currently signed up, and with 100k race there's plenty of room to spread out, so we can probably take 3 times that if not more. I'll post here if it looks like we're approaching a cap for any reason.

OK here's the final word on the 100k course with maps: http://www.rockcreek.com/lookout/course-map/
Is this race a cetified 100K for WS100 lottery?
Ashly,
I know you already know the answer to this, but for the good of others reading, yes, you can qualify for the WS100 with a sub 14 hour Lookout Mountain 100k finish.
