Raccoon Mountain Trails Similar to any Nashville trails?

I have a potential Scenic City Trail Marathon & 1/2 Marathon participant asking if there are any comparable trails in Nashville to Raccoon.  Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Thanks,
Jonathan

I am not familiar with any trails in Nashville, but I would think any mountain biking trails with similiar elevation profiles would work. Mountain biking trails can be very different than hiking trails and the Raccoon Mountain ones seem to be typical mountain biking trails i.e. not technical with respects to walking like stairs and such, mostly smooth trail, climbs and descents are more gradual than can be found on a steep switchbacking hiking trail. I would just find some good mountain biking trails to run on. But then again I would think that the hiking trails around Nashville would not be very steep or technical based on the terrain in the area.
Thanks Scott.
