Sarah at Syllamo
A big congratulations to Sarah "Strawberry Shortcake" Woerner who threw down 81 miles in 2 days for a third place female finish at 3 Days of Syllamo (the third day was cancelled due to a runner who was lost overnight). Not to mention that she, along with Big Daddy Carl, selflessly paced me at another race just a week before. A huge thank you to both of you and a huge way to go, lil' girl. I thought you were nuts when you signed up for that one, and I still do.

Yes! Congratulations again! Thanks to Big Daddy for reporting your progress along the way...I was hanging for every detail. So glad the lost runner was found and ok.

aww thanks you guys! i couldn't have done it without all the training miles you helped me through. congrats to mark on his awesome time in his first 50 miler and to wendy who is getting faster by the second!
