The Lookout Mountain 50 miler, presented by Vasque Project and Rock/Creek, took place this past Saturday. Usually a 100k race, the course had to be changed due to all the rainy weather and the poor condition of the course. 68 people stuck it out and finished the 50 miler!
The race raises money for The Wilderness Trail Running Association (The Boonies). Thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers who made the race happen. For more information and to keep tabs on next year's race, visit: www.rockcreek.com/lookout/
