- Ashly that is awesome. We usually do a longish trail run Sat. morning and some weekday trail runs as a group. I will post another message for this upcoming saturday. The trail runs are usually just a nice casual pace just to get a long run in and enjoy the morning. If you want to come we welcome everyone. We are a pretty small club but hey you have to start somewhere. Sorry for the long post..
