If you look at the map on the main website, "100K course description" it states 8,000 ft of elevation gain on the elevation profile.
Regarding Hammer products, will Perpetuem and Hammer Bars be available at the aid stations or just Hammer Gel and Heed as mentioned on an earlier post?
That's a great question. I've been meaning to ask the same thing. I'll most likely have a crew. Are there any aid stations that will NOT be crew accessible?
Hi Guys, I'll be in town to do some training runs on Nov. 15 & 16. Having never been to this area before, what is the closest town for me to get a hotel? Any hotel suggestions? Maybe something like a Hampton Inn? Thanks, Dan
