Several of us are going down to do Black Warrior in Feb. (there is a 25K option as well-and you can change distances right up to race day). It's a nice, relatively fast course. Might be right up your alley.

These are single track trails with varied terrain. Lots of hills, rocks, and the occasional mild stream crossing. Mark, at this point there are no set limits for our other races. As far as Upchuck goes, we made the change on the website and registration details will be coming soon.

I really need to be training with people, but my schedule is a little irregular with grad school (night classes) and evening tutoring. Are there multiple groups or times for the runs?
